Research in my lab is chemistry based molecular imaging with NIR fluorescent, MRI and PET probes. We are developing novel small molecules towards different targets for cellular imaging and disease diagnosis in vivo:
- Developing PET radioligands
- Developing NIR fluorescent tracers for in vivo imaging
- Developing fluorescent turon-on tracers for protein imaging
- Developing MRI contrast agents
